Finally back to work, Oh wow

Falling back into work is more painful than stumping your big toe on bedroom furniture. I'm grateful to have a job/career that provides so much for me and the family. This anxiety is overwhelming me - with frustration.  Practicing my deep breaths and reminding myself that this all temporarily slows down the my blood flow of emotions. I'm trying not to break or am I requesting the a break for a brief moment. Which one?
